Objective
Our client is seeking a Stakeholder Project Coordinator to provide support to all aspects of stakeholder relations, engagement and socio-economic work, assisting in the development and execution of engagement and communication plans.

Deliverables
Your responsibilities will include: * To support all aspects of stakeholder relations, engagement and socio-economic activity. * Responsible for the practical roll out of a new programme of national stakeholder engagement including event management and evaluation * Supporting Strategy team on the process of managing responses to statutory consultations to demonstrate effective engagement * Providing advice and support to site facing teams when required and liaison with Site Stakeholder Group secretariats and chairmen/women * Support Stakeholder Managers in the design and implementation of engagement and socio-economic activities in their areas * Work with bodies applying for socio-economic support and those who have received it to ensure they are communicated with appropriately and monitoring of progress against expenditure * Prepare reports for the Head of Stakeholder Relations on progress against socio-economic plans * Responsible for the practical roll out of a new programme of national stakeholder engagement, involving event design and management, and co-ordination with stakeholders * Support Stakeholder Relations Managers in the design and implementation of communications plans in their areas as required e.g. event management and stakeholder liaison * Liaise with bodies applying for socio economic support and those who have received it to ensure appropriate communication and monitoring arrangements are in place * Producing reports of progress against socio-economic plans for the Head of Stakeholder relations and Communications Director

Key Skills
The Successful candidate will posses; * Educated to Degree level * Communication related qualification * Experience in dealing directly with a wide range of stakeholders with diverse views, opinions and expectations, including at a national level * A working knowledge of the role of socio-economics in a similar working environment * Proven experience of one of the areas under Stakeholder Relations i.e. stakeholder engagement or socio economic support * Experience of engagement with large, complex business environments, government organisations, private industry, professional services or consultancy.

You will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a curriculum area and hold, or be working towards a level 3 (level 4 new standards) subject specialist qualification.  You will be willing to work towards a PTLLS qualification and Cert Ed qualification, with a view to becoming a qualified tutor.

Deliverables
